These terms apply to orders placed on juicetract.com.

Prices

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are based on the manufacturers' published list prices. They exclude applicable taxes (GST/HST, QST) and shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices shown in other currencies are converted for convenience; your order is charged in Canadian dollars.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by e-mail. We may cancel an order if a product is discontinued by the manufacturer or a price was displayed in error; any payment received is then refunded in full.

Warranty

Machines carry the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem and we'll arrange support with the manufacturer.

Returns

Unused products in their original packaging may be returned with our prior approval. Special-order items and electrical equipment that has been installed or used may not be returnable.
