Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to businesses and homes across Canada. Smaller items ship by courier; larger machines ship on a pallet by freight carrier.

Lead times

Each product page shows its availability. Items marked Ships in 4–6 weeks are ordered from the manufacturer for you. We'll confirm the expected delivery date when we process your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout or quoted with your order, depending on size, weight and destination. For multiple machines or a remote address, ask us for a quote.

On delivery

• Inspect the packaging before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
• Check the machine's voltage and plug against your outlet before connecting it. Most machines run on 220–240 V; ask us if you need 110–120 V.
• Contact us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged.
